This
is the type of stuff that really ticks me off! This guy was supposed
to be sending me a whole show on VHS, but when the tape came to
me he'd cheaped out and tried to stuff the whole thing on a 10min
tape recorded at EP! So all I've got is the first half of what I
know to be a half-hour show. Oh, well at least I got the opening
with its great theme song! It's an interesting twist on Hoverboy's
origin that was probably proposed by the HUAC.
The
animation is crude, but effective, in a kitchy kind of way... No
surprise to those who recognize the style that individuals working
on this show went on to work on late '60's animated fare such as SPIDERMAN and ROCKET ROBIN HOOD.
